STACKER FOR MATTRESSES
Extremely useful and versatile, is the most appropriate machinery to complete high efficiency production lines. Stacker G 220 combined with all automatic packaging lines, is able to automatically pile up mattresses of different sizes and types on pallets or containers of suitable capacity. It reduces up to 70% of the manpower that is usually needed while moving mattresses exiting the wrapping machine.
A “one of a kind” machine, Stacker G 220 for mattresses has two programmable exits, right and left. It also has a straight exit, in order to install more stackers in line. Thanks to this option you can program the loading of different mattresses according to typology, size, customer and so on. The machine is equipped with sensors in order to select mattress sizes. It can also be programmed to check production and to manage loading and unloading of the orders.
