AUTOMATIC SEWING MACHINE FOR CUSTOM MATRESS BORDERS
Innovating special machine to customize mattress border with zippers, combined with 3D transpiration fabrics and personalized tapes of different sizes. Zippers can be in open end or long chain. All working processes can be done by applying custom tapes of different sizes, sewn on the border and/or on the zipper edge. The machine can be equipped with various binder kits to produce borders with fanciful combinations of fabrics, tapes, 3D and zippers. Application of the zipper in the centre with automatic cut of the border or combining two semi borders previously cut; application of double parallel zipper combined with traditional fabrics or 3D type; sewing of zipper on the border edge; linear sewing in continuous; manufacture of the fabric handle to be fixed on the mattress border; application of tapes of different sizes in the desired position; measuring, marking and cutting of zippers, fabrics, borders and so on.
Z443 GS sewing machine can be equipped with several accessories, such as, longitudinal cutter to cut borders in continuous and to fix in the centre, in a complete automatic way, single or double zippers (open end or long chain) combined with 3D and personalized tapes; automatic cross cutter with electronic size checking; automatic markers to mark edges, sides, handle position and so on; optical sensors for precision cuts of open end or long chain zippers; optical sensor for tapes, zippers, fabrics and so on; breaking thread detectors with light signal; automatic multipurpose roller device, binders to fix zipper in the middle or on the edge of the borders.
