Viscoflex line: Let’s start from the beginning, what is the Memory foam?
The Memory Foam has a cellular structure that can be shaped to the body conformation combined with normal polyurethane properties to return to original shape.
The Memory Foam was developed by the NASA to absorb the effects of “G-force” to which the astronauts were subjected during launch and return from aerospace missions.
In the area of the mattress and not only that, the Memory Foam is appreciated for its ability to adapt to different types of compression, providing a total support and eliminating pressure points, besides the fact that it has a high capacity to absorb energy and vibration.
The Viscoflex is produced in different types:
-The Memory Foam CM exceeds the fire endurance test required by FMVSS 302 or BS 5852 CriB5. With these materials are manufactured mattresses for hospitals, hotels, prison etc.
-The Memory Foam “Rafrechi”, through the incorporation of technology of microencapsulated PCM (Phase Change Materials) absorbs the heat generated by the body keeping more time the temperature in the area of comfort 28°-30°.
The PCM are materials which change their physical state at a specific temperature, working in this manner as Thermo-regulator, contributing to a better comfort.
The combination of the Memory foam and the thermal regulation capacity of PCM microcapsules, ensure that the product Rafrechi Viscoflex are better for a good rest.
-BioVisco5016 with 50 kg. and 1.6 kpa density of lift is an innovative material, produced from natural products of plant origin. Combines the characteristics of Memory foam comfort and naturalness of Biocell.
