The polypropylene polymer is fused and with an extruder, is pusher through special “chains” with very small holes, called nozzles, where go out small filaments continuous that after being cooling, are deposit in a transport belt till become a continuous and homogeneous carpet.
This carpet will suffer high temperature and pressure in that way each single filament are going to melt with the others: that’s produce a fabric surface soft and very resistant to infinity application.
